As is obvious, it combines with her S3 to provide a powerful wide range Area of Effect Slow. ![]() Talent 2 - Subjective Time Dilation - A passive movement speed Slow of enemies within her attack range by 15%, which is a huge boost to her utility and functioning as a crowd control Operator. The duration is decent, but the cooldown is quite long, so judicious use will be required, but this is one of the best tools out there to make those enemies chillax and feel the buena onda. To top it off, it hits all enemies in range and buffs an already good ATK stat. ![]() Her S3 Slows all enemies by at least 45% in an increased Range, while also making them step-off with a light pushback. To take a breath, tone down the anger and violence, and just be eliminated in a calm, peaceful, and orderly manner? Mostima makes it happen with her laid back attitude and amazing wide Area of Effect crowd-control. Difficult to justify investment due to 6* cost and marginal use. Sometimes used for high-risk Contingency Contracts, but suffers from the usual AoE Caster drawbacks. Her SP generation and crowd control are useful utilities even while her Skills are on cooldown, though, making Mostima a timely addition to any Doctor’s repertoire. In addition, Mostima suffers from the usual downsides of AoE Casters, including high DP cost and slow ASPD. That being said, there is a lot of time where Mostima’s Skills will not be active, as they have very high SP costs (especially her Skill 3!) and neither Skill is active for very long (especially her Skill 2), meaning neither has very high up-time. It takes a special enemy indeed to make it past Mostima while her Skills are active. Yet her Skill 3 has an even greater range of effects: Mostima’s attack range and ATK increase, she hits all enemies in range, the strength of her passive Slow increases, and her attacks push all targets away from her. Her Skills are the real key to her success, as Skill 2 slams a potent Stun on all enemies in range and deals damage to them every second while they’re stopped in their tracks. Her first Talent enables the SP recovery, while her second Talent (obtained upon promotion to E2) does the Slowing. Mostima manipulates time to sloooooow down her enemies while speeding up the SP generation of her Caster allies. Pleasant yet emotionless, Mostima seems to have no objection to acting as a 6★ AoE Caster for Rhodes Island, one who also wields aspects of Support and Crowd-Control. ![]() She keeps a smile on her face and an arm’s-length of distance between her and the rest of the world.
